no show/cancellation policy
things don't always go as planned and i get that! if you are unable to make it to your appointment, please call the salon during business hours within 24 hours of your scheduled visit TO AVOID A cancellation/no show feE. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, i MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE FOR WHICH YOU HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED AND A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY. if you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, there will be a $50 fee per service you were booked. no shows will be charged 50% of the service that was booked. All fees must be settled before booking your next appointment.
for each service, i strive to have the perfect consultation so that your hair goals can be met. for any reason if you are not happy with your hair please reach out to me so that i can make it right. if you voice your concern within 48 hours of your last appointment, your redo service is complimentary.
